Duties and authority:
Briefly, the Vice-Chancellor is responsible for:
* Developing a suitable cultural and social atmosphere to train efficient manpower
* Elevating quantitative and qualitative levels of welfare, health, and treatment services for students; also promoting students’ spiritual health levels
* Institutionalizing Islamic values at the university communities and Ex-university activities
* Growing student’s cultural, political and religious awareness levels and expanding their participation in these social events
